工作职责：	1. Lead the business planning, reporting and PMO function to support the organization in achieving financial, operations and strategic goals； 2. Responsible for project management support and business processes； 3. Contribute to priority projects by adding creative insights and developing recommendations and insight for management； 4. Implement and manage business performance monitoring and review structure； 5. Lead management reporting and analysis process to driving consistency and high quality standards. (ASPIRE/budget, headcount, SLAs etc)； 6. Provides data driven support and focus on best practices； 7. Handle upper management information requests.
