As a Program Manager you will play an active role in helping manageability related projects execute through the SW development life cycle. You will help coordinate and track the deliverables of these projects together with teams located across different geographical areas. |

Qualifications：
Education
Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or in a related field of study with a minimum of 1 - 2 years related experience or equivalent.
Master''s degree is a plus and PMP certification is also a plus.
Experience required
2+ years of Program Management experience on software projects
2+ years of working with an international company and global team
Knowledge required
Fluency in both written English and spoken English, and excellent communication skills.
Demonstrated advanced project management fundamentals including:
Scheduling, tracking, and communicating status
Resource allocation
Risk management
Proven leadership skills
Strong ability to establish and maintain relationships while providing leadership for projects and people across cultures and geographies.
Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and drive activities based on technical information, as well as business needs and resources
Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple plans/schedules to monitor and drive deliverables by effectively using risk management skills to meet schedules
Knowledge (Would-like-to-have)
2+ years of Windows experience
Familiarity with SNMP and WBEM protocols
Familiarity with server architecture, I/O technology and storage devices
