职位描述: Background: This job is for a fortune 500 company with its global IT delivery center in Nanjing. You will work with your global peers to provide world-class IT service to its internal customers. This job requires strong IT skill as well as English, both oral and written. Responsibilities: 1. Technical resolution of incidents reported by the Service Desk, the customer and/or from the monitoring tool; 2. Main point of contact for incidents on his/her area of expertise (e.g. networks, hosting, workplace, packaging); 3. Reports on progress to service desk agent; 4. Delivers day-to-day services e.g. capacity management, release management, application management, backup, new device onboarding, etc.; 5. Delivers solutions within defined performance agreements; 6. Handles change requests for ICT infrastructure issues by following working procedures; 7. Supports problem investigation within scope (establishes root causes); and suggests workarounds for problems (Level 3 engineers); 8. Shares knowledge between shifts and different service groups; 9. Works on projects (not all IT Engineers). 10. Requirements (In general): • BA/BA+/Masters degree in ICT; • English (oral & written, Level 3 engineer require fluent oral English) • Team player; • In depth technical background; • Analytical skills to solve problems (errors); • Good communication skills Network (Level 2 & Level 3): • Solid knowledge of network protocol such tcp/ip, ospf, bgp, mpls etc. • Solid knowledge of network devices like Cisco router/switch, ASA, WAAS, WLC, etc. • Experience on troubleshooting LAN/WAN/Wireless environment (Level 3 requires strong analytical skills on solving the most complex problems) • Project experience on IT infrastructure • Infrastructure Designing (Level 3) 招聘人数:2 请应聘人员发送简历至:j-job@ptsolution.cn |
