Management support: Work Schedule(WBS) Control Work tracking of NMC Personnel Progress tracking of Personne Prepare the weekly reports to： 1. Program Accomplishments and Effort 2. Areas of concern (identifying risk items) 3. Unresolved issues (impact on project) 4. Action plan (suggestions to resolve issues of concern) 5. Plan for the next period (indicating all dependent tasks) 6. Periodical Billing and Invoices for labor and other expenses 7. Improvement areas identified if any
