| 工作职责： |
职位描述：
1. Experience managing multiple phases or multiple projects using a structured project management methodology
2. Proven experience building and leading projects with cross-functional, matrixed staff with high integration across multiple Lines of Business (LOB)
3. Proven participation in or management of project steering
4. Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and expectations
5. Proven track record shaping and managing complex technical solutions to business problems
6. Excellent communications skills in both English and Chinese – written and verbal
7. Western, oversee working experience and/or education are highly desired
8. Prior global IT outsourcing experiences is a big plus
9. PMI PMP Certification or equivalent is a plus

职位要求：
1. 10+ years of financial projects & SW outsourcing background
2. manage team members – more than 200
3. strong ODC(outsourcing development center) experience
4. cover multi-projects or only 1 big project with financial project background
5. Must know Financial Services industry thru working in the banking related companies or creating the products for the banking related clients
6. Proven track record of leading and directly line managing large teams of highly capable delivery
7. Proven track record of ''portfolio'' level delivery, i.e. overseen delivery of an entire portfolio of customer focused initiatives
8. Ability to communicate effectively across functions and at all levels, proactive attitude with the ability to think strategically and deliver while under pressure
9. Ability to manage workload, prioritize and motivate others within the system and engineering team across the project
10. Strong project management skills with 5+ working years in US, or globally in China
