【世界500强外包集团】Transition manager（移管经理）–JP2668
工作职责：	职责： • Manage complex transitions including project planning, executing and closing. • Responsible for “on time, on cost” transitions with focus on client satisfaction • Ensure that all transitions follow the framework and methodology • Identify/ Manage risks associated with transition plans • Review progress & report status of their Transitions • Provide inputs for contract discussions • Ensure optimal utilization of resources under them • Foster a culture of transition excellence
应聘条件：	要求 • 7 years above working experiences, 2-3 years offinance transition management experience • Ability to manage transitions across domains – focus is on program management • Strong leadership, communication and client facing skills • Ability to effectively collaborate with other teams across the organization • Have good knowledge of transition methodology, Contractual aspects • Ability to manage and resolve escalations • Fluent communication in both English & Chinese (with Japanese will be added advantage) • Excellent presentation skills • Excellent interpersonal skills 招聘职位：3 请应聘人员发送简历至：j-job@ptsolution.cn
