| 工作职责： |
职责：
1. Enhance the defined list of KPI’s, analytics and data reports to include other analytics that can provide insight to process and expense management improvements.
2. Define data sourcing required to fulfill the reporting requirements。
3. Align reporting to standardize where possible. Share methods and formats to standardize on leading practice.
4. Compile the KPI’s, analytics and data, including formatting
5. Write clear conclusions or highlights that leadership can act on
6. Discuss leadership needs, and formulate responses based on feasibility and value / purpose
7. Supervise a team of analysts

| 应聘条件： |
要求：
1. Minimum 4~6 years experience working in financial analysis
2. Bachelors (or local equivalent) Degree in accounting and / or finance
3. Fluent ability to read and write in English
4. Strong MS Office skills, including excel and ppt
5. Knowledge, insight, and experience in financial administrative accounting processes
6. Excellent knowledge about accounts payable policies and processes
7. Proven ability to work independently with good analytical and problem solving skills around accounting analytics and processes
