工作职责: |
岗位职责:
1. Gather and understand job requirements by effective communication with the hiring departments, conduct effective interviews and cooperate with the departments to make the hiring-decisions, and handle offer letters for all job openings.
2. Assist the team leader to track and monitor new hire requisitions, related processes and reports by effective communication with hiring departments, in order to satisfy the internal clients hiring requirements.
3. Assist the team leader to improve and maintain the recruiting channels effectively, including headhunters, referral , rehire, etc.; Lead /participate in various departmental projects/activities to improve team efficiency, meet the hiring demands and promote the RSP brand in the talent markets.
4. Work with the team leader to generate and analyze relevant reports timely and provide analysis suggestions to help the department make appropriate decisions.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Minimum 3 years HR experience, including 2 years S&R related experience
3. Excellent verbal and written English skills
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills
5. Strong organizational and coordination skills
6. Microsoft Office proficiency (especially Excel, PowerPoint)
7. Project management skills preferred
8. Problem solving skills
9. Ability to work independently or in a team
10. Ability to prioritize work (good time management)
