| 应聘条件： |
1.Excellent communication skills & Interpersonal skills to interact with users, leads, managers and peers/ subordinates;
2.Very good Business & analytical skillset;
3.A keen learner, self-starter and advise/coach team;
4.Complete knowledge prior experience of SDLC Life cycle or DW implementation methodology;
5.Knowledge or rich experience on DW Concepts & related Business;
6.Have at least 2 to 3 years of DW implementation/production support (Case resolution) experience in ETL tools like Informatica, OWB, Data Integrator. Overall 3-4 years experience. Onsite or offshore model;
7.Be able to participate in Requirement Gathering, prepare ETL Strategy and Specifications.
8.Be able to develop and test Mappings, Workflows, Sessions independently and help other team members;
9.Be able to prepare Unit, SIT and Performance test cases. Participate during User Acceptance Testing;
10.Be able to train/guide the new joinees
11.Good English Communication
