工作职责：	•Lead the Technical Deliverables of the Project •Responsible for Designing the Data Warehouse Architecture •Responsible to build the ETL Strategy, Testing Strategy and Communicate the strategies to the Technical Pool •Mentor Onsite / Offshore Technical Teams for Technical Challenges •Lead the Business Requirement Gathering , Source System Analysis with Onsite and Offshore Teams •Review of Project Documentation and Deliverables •Organize Peer Reviews for Project Key Deliverables •Track and Update the Project Progress to the Program Manager
